How to Enter Cheats in Wacky Wheels (PC / MS-DOS)

To activate cheats in Wacky Wheels, you do not need to open any console window. Instead, you enter the commands by pressing specific hotkey combinations directly during live gameplay or on the Main Menu/Selection screens.

Full Cheat List & Descriptions:

• Memory Boost (Launch Command): If you are running the game in DOSBox and experience glitches with cheats, launch the game by adding /b after the executable file (type wacky.exe /b). This forces the engine into an alternative memory buffer mode.
• The "Hedgehog Rain" Exploit: During any standard race, press and hold the Scancode/Hotkey combination to instantly top off your weapon inventory. On most classic PC keyboard layouts, pressing Left SHIFT + Home simultaneously will instantly grant you 99 Hedgehogs to shoot at opponents.
• Instant Race Skip: If you are playing in the Time Trial or Championship mode and want to skip a track you don't like, press Left SHIFT + End during the race. This will instantly trigger a victory screen and advance your racer to the next course.
• Toggle Enemy AI Behavior: Pressing Left SHIFT + Page Up or Left SHIFT + Page Down during a match will manually alter the speed and aggressiveness vectors of the computer-controlled animal drivers in real-time.

Multiplayer Mode Secrets (Battle Zone):

When playing in the 2-player split-screen Duck Shoot or Commando battle modes, you can use these shortcuts to instantly test map parameters:

• Left SHIFT + F8 – Toggles a developer wireframe grid view over the 3D track textures.
• Left SHIFT + F10 – Instantly warps both players back to their starting grid positions on the map layout.
