How to Enter Cheats in Conquest of the New World (PC / MS-DOS)

To activate cheats in this game, you need to open the chat window while you are on the main strategic overview map.

1. While playing on the main map, press the TALK key (usually the ENTER key) to open the chat text prompt.
2. Type any of the codes below in lowercase.
3. Press ENTER again to apply the cheat effect.

Full Cheat List & Descriptions:

• explore – Fully reveals the entire game map (removes all fog of war instantly).
• cultivate – Instantly grants your colonies maximum resource production and upgrades construction speed.
• victory – Automatically wins the current scenario and shows the victory screen.
• defeat – Automatically loses the current scenario (instant game over).
• gold – Instantly adds a massive amount of gold coins to your treasury (can be repeated to get infinite wealth).
• move – Refreshes the movement points of all your active armies and explorers, allowing you to move them infinitely during the current turn.
