How to Enter Cheats in Carmageddon TDR 2000 (PC)

To activate cheats in this game, you must use the developer console during live gameplay:

1. Start a race or mission.
2. Press the TILDE key (~) (the button right below Escape) to drop down the console bar.
3. First, you must type the Master Activation Code exactly as shown (case-sensitive) and press ENTER:

1. If entered correctly, you will see a confirmation message (such as "Do you want to play a game?").
2. Press the ~ key again to open the console whenever you want to type any of the specific cheat commands below.

Full Cheat List & Descriptions:

• invincible – Activates God Mode (Full Invincibility—your car takes absolutely zero structural or cosmetic damage).
• cash – Instantly grants you +$10,000 credits directly into your bank account (can be spammed repeatedly for infinite wealth).
• openLevelsGuv – Campaign Unlock (Instantly unlocks all environmental levels and single-player missions in the game).
• wasteAll – Total Demolition (Instantly wrecks and destroys all other computer AI opponent vehicles on the map).
• ai off – Freeze AI (Completely disables the artificial intelligence, making all opponent cars stop moving). Type ai on to turn it back on.
• lastcheckpoint – Skips checkpoints (Instantly completes all active track checkpoints except for the very last one).
• lastlap – Skips laps (Instantly completes all required track laps except for the final one).
• damage_multiplier X – Custom Damage (Increases your car's ramming damage potential. Replace X with a number, e.g., damage_multiplier 5).
• setCar [car name] – Vehicle Swap (Instantly changes your current car to any other vehicle. Replace [car name] with the exact internal directory folder name of the target car).
• makeai [car name] – Spawn Opponent (Instantly spawns a computer-controlled opponent using a specific vehicle).
• adventure – Text Mini-Game (Easter egg command that launches a retro text-adventure mini-game directly inside your console window).

Powerup Trait Cheats (Case-Sensitive Strings):

You can manually load specific in-game powerups via the console by typing addPowerUp followed by the exact case-sensitive item phrase and punctuation:

• addPowerUp Timer frozen! – Freeze Timer (Completely stops the mission countdown clock so you can explore freely).
• addPowerUp Wall climber! – Wall Climber (Gives your tires immense magnetic grip to drive straight up solid walls).
